Hotel Policies:

  1. Refunds for cancellation or prior check-outs will not be issued at all for online bookings but will be adjusted against other services.
  2. Photo-ID proof is compulsory for all guests for security reasons.
  3. All tariffs for per day/night excluding taxes.
  4. Luxury Tax 10% & Service Tax 5.15% extra.
  5. Check-in and Check-out Time is 12:00 noon.
  6. Check-ins before 7:00 AM will be charged from previous night.
  7. The credit card holder must be one of the guests else room will not be allotted for online bookings.
